Meet Faith
The Woman Behind the Work
Across People, Organisations and Systems
Faith Oladimeji is a strategist, consultant and coach with a multidisciplinary interest in how people, organisations, systems and societies work, how they interact, how they can function better, and how they can contribute to a better world.
Her work cuts across strategy, organisational development, human development, public policy, business, systems thinking and related fields, with a strong emphasis on clarity, practical improvement and thoughtful problem solving.
Born in Ghana and currently based in Nigeria, Faith’s perspective has been shaped by study, professional and lived experience, and a sustained curiosity about why systems succeed, why they fail and what meaningful change actually requires. She is particularly interested in helping people and organisations think more clearly, question assumptions, identify underlying problems and build stronger ways forward.
Guiding Principles
These are some of the principles that guide Faith Oladimeji’s life and everyday choices.
Integrity
Stand for something, and know why you stand for it. What we choose to believe in should be considered carefully, held with conviction, and reflected consistently enough that others can hold us to it.
Growth
Growth is part of the life force of existence. Nothing truly remains stagnant; we are either developing or declining. To live is to keep learning, adapting and becoming better.
Purpose
We should honour our existence with intentionality. We need to understand why we exist and allow that reason to shape how we live, function and contribute.
